Quality Compliance and Innovation Expert

We're seeking a Quality Compliance and Innovation professional to drive quality, compliance, risk, and innovation across our cluster. This relationship-driven role is responsible for building the capability of cluster leaders to ensure an effective governance and quality framework.


This expert will partner with General Managers to drive group quality, compliance, and innovation across services. The role is accountable for implementing solutions that address complex problems, mitigate risks, and improve quality care delivery.


About the Role

The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Health discipline, current AHPRA registration, and experience in high-level service delivery and quality. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to navigate complex legislation, and present innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and promote best practices.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to determine key drivers of quality issues and develop targeted solutions.
