Sales Professional Interior Design Expert

As a sales professional, you'll play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance to our retail and trade customers.

The Role

We're looking for someone with a passion for interior design who has strong communication skills and the ability to genuinely connect with customers. The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job
  • Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
  • A keen eye for detail

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
  • Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
