Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will work with customers to gain an understanding of their lifestyle, design preferences, and budget to provide personalized guidance and support. You will advise and guide customers in selecting finishes, colours, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior features. Your role also involves managing customer documentation, maintaining the Retail Centre, and developing product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support in selections and interior design
  • Manage customer appointments and ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain a high standard of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
  • Liaise with internal departments to address customer queries
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Interior Design or similar qualification
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional people skills, with a passion for home building and interiors
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
