Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our Customer Service team in Townsville. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person, as well as performing administrative tasks, reports, and quality assurance audits.

  • Respond to customer queries via telephone, in person, and by email in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaise with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy of supplier invoices, orders, resolve issues, and provide information as requested
  • Carry out sales transactions efficiently with a focus on excellent customer service
  • Facilitate smooth processing of sales enquiries and customer orders and quotes
  • Provide general administrative support with an emphasis on accuracy as required
  • Conduct internal audits of the Quality and HACCP based food system

Key Requirements:

  • Confident communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively
  • Superior customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Action customer queries appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Excellent computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn new systems
