Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing nutritious buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and events.
  • Maintaining catering standards, complying with OH&S regulations, and focusing on waste reduction.
  • Supporting kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
  • Licence and transport to access the site.
  • Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
  • Passion for quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented and committed to personal and organizational success.
