Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in managing food service or hospitality teams, with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and staff development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of café service operations, commercial kitchen management, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Skill Set: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications: Current Food Safety Certification and willingness to obtain Blue Card, CPR, and First Aid certifications as required.
