Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Customer Solution Agent to provide exceptional support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who pride themselves on being driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with opportunities for overtime during the week and on Saturdays from 6-12pm.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing customer orders in a precise and efficient manner
  • Understanding production capabilities of our plant and truck network
  • Monitoring progress of deliveries and providing timely updates to customers using vehicle tracking systems
  • Maintaining professional relationships with customers and internal teams
