About the Role

The Customer Experience Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey. You will be representing various brands and act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.

Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and an ability to manage the end-to-end sales process with confidence.

  • Provide a personalised and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
  • Showcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
  • Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups

You will also be comfortable using digital tools and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is efficient, flexible, and memorable.
