Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful launch and daily operations of a new showroom
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
- Drive sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic leadership and commercial acumen
- Maintain showroom standards, stock presentation, and visual merchandising excellence
- Ensure operational compliance, reporting, and loss prevention measures are in place
- Foster a positive, customer-first culture and collaborative team environment

- Proven experience in premium/luxury retail management (homewares, furniture, lifestyle, or fashion)
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams
