Store Leadership Role

This role involves managing a high-performing store in South Wharf DFO, Melbourne. The ideal candidate will lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through effective store operations.

About the Position:
  • Lead a large retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including merchandising, visual displays, and staff training
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including stock management, inventory control, and loss prevention
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement operational efficiency initiatives to reduce costs and enhance productivity
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the store
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including area managers, district managers, and regional directors
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or Senior Retail Manager in a high-volume retail environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly
