**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Livestock Research Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a pivotal multi-faceted role in advancing sustainable livestock production, contributing to research initiatives, and enhancing project coordination and leadership skills.

The role will involve efficiently coordinating R&D activities, collaborating with livestock researchers, overseeing research station project staff, and coordinating with farm operation staff. This strategically important coordinating role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to negotiate positive outcomes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A relevant tertiary degree in Agricultural Science or significant relevant experience in Agricultural Science.
  • Qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in relevant digital technology.
  • Experience in working with a research organisation and establishing and maintaining relationships with researchers.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, and ability to negotiate positive outcomes.

**Benefits**

This is a full-time specified term position for 3 years. The salary package includes AU$114K – AU$123K pa + up to 15.4% superannuation. We also offer flexible working arrangements, diversity and inclusion programs, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be eligible to apply for this role, you must be either an Australian Citizen, a New Zealand Citizen, or an Australian Permanent Resident. Appointment to this role is subject to provision of a national police check and may be subject to other security/medical/character requirements.
