Livestock Production Project Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing sustainable livestock production. Your exceptional coordination and leadership skills will enable you to efficiently manage R&D activities, collaborate with researchers, oversee staff, and establish strong partnerships.
Our research organisation conducts projects to optimise northern cattle systems. This coordinating role involves:
- Coordinating onsite project offices for effective research outcomes.
- Participating in project planning, making significant contributions to the research direction.
- Closely coordinating with research staff to prepare projects.
- Communicating with farm staff to accommodate research objectives.
- Collecting and processing data accurately and preparing reports.
- Addressing problems promptly and constructively.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant tertiary degree in Agricultural Science or significant experience.
- Qualifications and/or experience in digital technology.
- Experience working with a research organisation and establishing relationships.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
