**Job Title: Senior Operational Transformation Manager**

This is a key position responsible for managing specific strategic operational transformation projects within the organisation. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading and directing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

The role entails managing the identification, planning and delivery of projects and programs that align with long-term business operational strategies. Additionally, this role collaborates with other departments to ensure that initiatives are in line with overall business objectives and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver multiple projects and programs concurrently.
  • Scope, plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of project and program lifecycle, from design to delivery.
  • Strategic thinking and understanding organisational goals and how to deliver within the project.
  • Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business.
  • Align project deliverables to ensure they realise the business strategy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least ten (10) years' experience in a project management role in heavy equipment manufacturing, supply chain operations or similar.
  • Formal qualification in project management (PMP preferred).
  • Demonstrable project management, transformation and change management skills and experience.
