Operational Transformation Senior Manager

As a senior manager in our Operational Transformation practice, you will partner with energy clients to address their most complex challenges. The energy market is undergoing significant changes, driven by decarbonization and the integration of distributed energy systems, combined with increased digitization and evolving customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams to design and deliver business solutions for clients across the energy landscape, focusing on Energy Networks and/or Energy Retail.
  • Support clients in translating strategic intent into operating model capabilities, redesigning their operating model to structure the organization for end-to-end value delivery to customers.
  • Assist clients in setting their vision for transformation, outlining expected outcomes, and defining organizational-wide problem statements to set the strategic direction.
  • Design and deliver complex transformations aimed at helping clients become more agile and adaptable, both in technology-focused areas and in the wider business.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in taking a lead role in delivering business transformation projects, in the regulated Energy/Utilities sectors.
  • Experience working in organizational agility transformations and large program definition and delivery.
  • Demonstrable management consulting experience working in the design and implementation of Target Operating Model and/or broader Transformation & Change delivery.
  • Experience designing and delivering customer strategies that support businesses to respond to changing customer needs.
