Job Overview:

The position of Enterprise Transformation Leader requires a strategic thinker with expertise in driving large-scale IT transformations using SAP technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps to migrate clients from on-premise SAP operations models to cloud-based platforms.
  • Provide leadership to project delivery teams ensuring timely completion of projects and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud computing, SAP technologies, and industry trends.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP application management, including design, implementation, and support.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, particularly SAP BTP, and their applications in enterprise settings.
  • Hands-on experience working with one or more cloud vendors, including migration strategies and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts towards common goals.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), ITIL, and TOGAF methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects throughout the entire lifecycle.
