Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the development and implementation of digital solutions and services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation, inspiring and empowering a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful outcomes.

About the Role
  • This is a key leadership position within our organisation, responsible for delivering strategic direction and performance excellence.
  • You will provide oversight and leadership for key digital and IT projects, including ERP transformation, delivering timely and effective outcomes while championing innovation and change management.
  • You will build collaborative relationships across the organisation, enabling service units to achieve business improvements through digital transformation and cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team that supports the business to achieve digital improvements and technology solutions.
  2. Provide strategic oversight and leadership for key digital and IT projects.
  3. Build collaborative relationships across the organisation.
  4. Oversee all operational activities within the service unit.
  5. Be a key contributor to the City's Operational Management Team (OMT), influencing organisational direction and strategy.
