Job Title:

Enterprise Transformation Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Enterprise Transformation Lead to lead our complex Digital Transformation / ERP project.

This transformation will impact internal and external customers, requiring a skilled professional to create a positive experience for our people.

The successful candidate will help our Leadership Teams develop their business change strategy and engage employees in adopting new ways of working.

  • 15 years+ experience leading OCM functions in Business and Digital Transformations projects
  • 8 years+ experience leading SAP Transformations
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing communication methods and instruments for large-scale change implementations
  • SUCCESSFULLY ROLLED OUT end-to-end ERP and/or major Digital Transformation projects including SAP S/HANA finance transformations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective delivery of change management for the Finance Modernisation project
  • Build organisation awareness/readiness to change for each impacted business units
  • Finance Transformation (S/4HANA conversion, standardisation, new functionalities, UX, behaviour, mindset and skill set)
  • ITG Transformation for ITS (S/4HANA conversion, technical upgrade, new operating and supporting model, new behaviour, mindset and skill set)
  • Impacted processes for other ECC Business Functions
  • Managing Training and Communication efforts internally and through third party resources
  • Define and measure success metrics, monitor change progress and develop strategies for any areas of resistance
Your Qualifications:
  • Experience leading teams of change professionals and overseeing third-party OCM team performance
