
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to drive sales growth and expand our presence in Queensland.
You will work closely with the Sales Team to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, and develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals and market needs.
This role requires a proactive self-starter who enjoys building relationships and finding new opportunities. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and meeting customer needs is essential. You should be willing to learn, adapt, and grow within a supportive team.
Regular travel is required, including to the Bowen Basin and surrounding areas 2-3 times per week and further afield approximately once a month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
