Job Summary

We are seeking an Organizational Transformation Specialist to join our People Advisory Services team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design and implement solutions that address complex people issues, drive organisational change initiatives, and support employee lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of change management strategies and plans for digital transformation or other organisational changes
  • Support the delivery of culture change initiatives, including culture assessments and roadmap development
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build capabilities, including leadership development
  • Competency Model Development
  • Developing target operating models
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in consulting and/or change management experience gained within large complex environments. You should possess:

  • Knowledge and practical experience in change management methodologies and new ways of thinking to drive change (e.g. human centered design)
  • An aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
  • Well-developed core consulting skills, including research, analysis, presentation, project management and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal with stakeholders at various levels
  • Interest in learning and developing in a fast-paced collaborative team, willing to give and receive feedback and bring a positive mindset
  • Self-motivated approach to the role and keen to take on new challenges and opportunities in a client-facing role and within the team
