At Seven Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients through business change initiatives.



Your responsibilities will include taking briefs from clients, analyzing their business to identify potential impacts from change, meeting and presenting to stakeholders, proposing appropriate tactics to manage organizational changes, and executing plans to drive success.



To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of change management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with senior team members on client engagements. If you have a passion for driving organizational transformation and a proven track record of delivering results, we encourage you to apply.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Taking briefs from clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Analyzing client business to identify potential impacts from change and develop strategic recommendations
  • Meeting and presenting to stakeholders to ensure effective communication and buy-in
  • Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organizational changes and drive business outcomes
  • Executing plans to deliver high-quality results and drive success for our clients


What You Bring:


  • 1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery, and/or PMO roles
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • A passion for driving organizational transformation and a proven track record of delivering results
