Carer Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated individual to facilitate one-on-one coaching for carers, creating a welcoming and empowering environment.

This role involves working autonomously while being a supportive and flexible team member.

  • Facilitate the program in accordance with training and guidelines.
  • Engage professionally and positively with key stakeholders.
  • Community engagement/networking and establishing referral pathways.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Diploma in Coaching, Counselling, Community Services or related field.
  • Right to work within Australia.
  • Current valid Driver's Licence and ability to undertake some travel.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course).
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working with Children's Check (Employee/Paid).
