We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior portfolio manager to join our residential property management team on a maternity leave basis.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving outstanding results.

Key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert guidance on property-related matters.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Knowledge of office management software, preferably Property Me
  • At least 3 years experience in property management or within the real estate sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate licence
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
