Job Overview

Defend the company's integrity by executing precise customer risk assessments that uphold regulatory trust and improve onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive due diligence to mitigate SMB/Enterprise risk and ensure compliance.
  • Request and collect KYC/MARR/Credit information with regulatory compliance, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assess new and existing SMB/Enterprise merchants to mitigate credit and fraud risks.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and documentation per AML/CTF regulations and risk policies.
  • Assign AML/CTF and credit risk levels in line with risk management standards.
  • Manage daily operations within SLAs and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve onboarding while managing risk.
  • Address risk event triggers and alerts across risk vectors.
  • Escalate AML/CTF issues and align with program requirements.
