Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to defend our company's integrity by executing precise customer risk assessments.

The Opportunity

In this critical role, you will conduct comprehensive due diligence for SMB and Enterprise merchant acquiring customers, impacting safe growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough CDD activities to mitigate SMB/Enterprise risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Facilitate customer engagement by requesting and collecting KYC/MARR/Credit information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Perform credit and fraud checks to assess new and existing SMB/Enterprise merchants, mitigating credit and fraud risks.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and documentation per AML/CTF regulations and risk policies.
  • Assign AML/CTF and credit risk levels in line with risk management standards.
  • Manage daily operations within SLAs and organizational policies.
  • Optimize customer onboarding while managing risk, collaborating across teams.
  • Address risk event triggers and alerts across risk vectors.
  • Identify and report on compliance matters, escalating AML/CTF issues as needed.
  • Support CDD systems and processes, assisting in creating and maintaining risk systems and documentation.
  • Review and optimize risk processes with the team lead and other teams.
Required Skills and Experience

  • Results-oriented and technologically proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Benefits and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer due diligence environment (KYC, AML, Fraud, and Credit).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a payments or technology-driven organization.
  • Experience in a merchant acquiring environment is highly desirable.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Industry certification (e.g., ACAMS) is preferred.
