This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and solutions focused Retail Risk Mitigation Specialist to take on the challenge of safeguarding our retail operations. This role is based in South Guildford WA and covers both Western Australia and South Australia portfolios.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing store team awareness training programs covering all aspects of risk mitigation.

We are seeking a proactive individual who can conduct end-to-end investigations into internal and external matters as required.

An additional responsibility will include conducting thorough Loss Prevention Audits/checklists across your region.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role, with a track record of leading teams and driving business growth.
  • At least 2 years' experience in investigation work.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in security/loss prevention.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Strong decision-making/problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with reporting and data mining analytics.
  • A genuine passion for risk management and retail operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure all activity is accurately followed and understood.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
