Highly Motivated Client Services Professional Wanted

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Client Services Assistant with excellent English and Korean speaking & writing skills to join our team in Brisbane. As a Client Services Assistant, your role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Key responsibilities include supporting colleagues to achieve deadlines, finalising outgoing items, dealing with external and internal stakeholders, delivering technically correct information, following and offering feedback on procedures or systems, and communicating professionally to all levels of staff.
The position also forms part of the relief and support structure necessary for the overall completion of administrative duties within the firm.
Responsibilities- Document formatting including client letters, proposals, and collations.
- Coordination and processing of billing functions for clients.
- Preparation of all correspondence required, including business letters, invoices, reports, articles, and proposals.
- Out-For-Signature and lodgement process coordination.
- Electronic or physical collations preparation in a timely, organised, and efficient manner.
- Data updating, archiving, and maintenance in various software platforms.
- Communication with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) in relation to basic client matters.
- Assisting with client payroll processes.
- Providing support to Reception by answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, answering queries, welcoming guests, and maintaining meeting rooms.

This position requires demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in a public practice environment. Experience with Xero is preferred. Additionally, strong attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, time management, problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and extensive experience with Microsoft Suite are essential.
