We are seeking a highly motivated Safety & Training Coordinator to join our Brisbane Operations team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

This dynamic role is based out of the Brisbane office (Monday to Friday) and offers flexibility to travel as needed, with projects across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and internationally in Papua New Guinea (PNG).

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering the Leading the Safe Way Supervisor program
  • Support operational training and development needs
  • Provide HSE advice and support to resolve issues and improve HSE practices across multiple projects and sites

What You Will Bring:

  • A Diploma in Work Health & Safety (WHS) and/or Environmental Science
  • A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work well under pressure
  • A valid Australian driver's license and proof of right to work in Australia

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience.
