Job Summary

At Bright Start Behaviour Support, we are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in allied health service operation and delivery, with exceptional organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead customer relationships and stakeholder enquiries
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, strong communication, and positive attitude and lead by example
  • Communicate ideas on complex and sensitive issues clearly in writing
  • Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of office records
  • Plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Ensure client care is always central to all business actions
  • Maximise client bookings and billing opportunities
  • Liaise between practitioners and customer service staff
  • Undertake staff reviews, managing performance and disciplining staff
  • Ensure client and business privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Continually gather feedback to continually improve all aspects of the practice
