As an Inclusive Education Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every student has access to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The successful applicant will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in inclusive education, learning support, or wellbeing. Strong knowledge of NCCD processes, individual learning plans, and differentiation is essential. A compassionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills is also required.

Job Description

Assist the Director of Inclusive Education in developing, implementing, and overseeing inclusive education practices across Primary and Secondary school settings. Oversee support for students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities, learning difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design effective learning plans and interventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A committed Christian actively involved in a local church, aligned with the College's mission and values.
  • An experienced and qualified teacher (VIT registered) with additional qualifications or training in Special or Inclusive Education (desirable).
  • Demonstrated leadership in inclusive education, learning support, or wellbeing, ideally in a school context.
