Lead Change in Education

We're seeking a motivated professional to lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence in our educational setting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

  • Job Description: We're looking for an experienced Educational Leader to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our centre and ensuring that our children receive the best possible education.
  • About You: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). You should also have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT.
