
Facilities Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our facility, ensuring that all departmental resources are utilized efficiently and effectively. This includes implementing systems to monitor and manage resource allocation, as well as developing and maintaining staff training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including repairs and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of operational management principles. Additionally, they should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Qualifications:
- Aged care criminal history clearance.
- NDIS card.
