About the Position

This role is key to maintaining and enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our lift and escalator assets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing vital technical and administrative support to ensure smooth operation, analysing maintenance data, monitoring contractor performance, and coordinating regular maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. They will contribute to overall performance, safety, and compliance by tracking asset performance, fault trends, and reliability issues.

  • Key responsibilities include managing databases, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting decision-making through accurate analytics.

Overseeing contractor activities, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to minimise service disruptions are also crucial aspects of this role.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong administrative and data analysis skills, experienced with SAP and asset management systems, able to identify trends, prepare reports, and recommend optimisation strategies.

You will work closely with a talented team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support asset optimisation, playing an important part in enhancing the reliability and efficiency of our assets.
