Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys data analysis and wants to work on complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously improve proprietary data collection frameworks tailored to higher education products.
- Design and develop staff- and student-facing survey products.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using internal and client contacts to inform improvements.
- Facilitate client feedback workshops to gather expert input, test proposed changes and validate that products meet the changing needs of the higher education sector.
- Oversee project workstreams, including developing workplans and roadmaps.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a strong academic background, preferably in Humanities or a related field, with experience in data collection frameworks or knowledge management highly regarded.
