  • Job Description:

  • Assist leaders, teachers, and education assistants in schools to effectively support students with disability and diverse learning needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with teachers to promote inclusive teaching practices.

  • Provide advice on individual and group intervention strategies.

  • Collaborate with learning support personnel to develop targeted support plans.

  • Design and deliver professional development programs for teachers and paraprofessionals.

  • Support compliance requirements for student support programs.

  • Work constructively as part of the Mission and Learning Team.

  • Engage in action research to inform organizational directions.

  • Support schools in analyzing data related to diverse learning needs.

  • Prepare reports on student progress.

  • Requirements:

  • Recognised formal qualifications in the field of education.

  • Experience working in schools or with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Highly developed skills in technology and assistive technology options.
