Home Builder Liaison

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an accomplished individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our clients throughout the pre-construction phase of building their new home.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage a portfolio of clients from proposal acceptance to construction commencement.
- Establish clear expectations with clients to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of the pre-construction process and timelines.
- You will meet with clients face-to-face to present comprehensive plans and attend other required meetings across offices.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by conducting weekly phone calls to provide progress updates on their build.
- Provide proactive solutions for clients to facilitate smooth progression through the pre-construction process.
- You will collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Evaluate and address client concerns in a timely manner and employ dispute resolution techniques when necessary.
- Identify mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the organization.
- Foster a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

- Prior knowledge of the residential construction industry is advantageous, including building your own home or a passion for building design.
