•And so much moreAbout the opportunity: Reporting to the Area Manager, your focus will be on delivering outstanding quality homes across multiple sites that exceed our customers' expectations.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
•Allocation of materials and trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of multiple dwelling across several key projects
•Manage construction in accordance with contractual arrangements, timelines and within budget
•Inspect completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship
•Ensure construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systems
•Manage Trades compliance with the company Safety Management System and the WH&S legislation
•Liaise with customers and council, as required to provide an unbeatable customer service
•Complete required documentation and paperwork About you To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Wilson Homes and NEX Building Group along with:
•2 years' experience within Supervising residential builds is preferred
•Excellent work ethic, drive, and enthusiasm
•Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers
•Knowledge of the basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homes
•Ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner
•Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment We are keen to improve female (and other marginalised groups) representation in our workplaces.
