A dynamic problem solver is required to manage complex workers compensation claims and support team members through challenging situations. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, commercial acumen, and a genuine drive to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a strategically important portfolio of complex claims with full decision-making responsibility
- Deliver tailored support through regular face-to-face meetings and milestone reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Workplace Relations, and the broader My Recovery and Health teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Proven experience managing complex workers compensation claims, ideally within a large organisational structure
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including unions, HR, medical professionals, and operational leaders
- Experience applying industry best practice models and leading innovative projects that improve injury management outcomes
