Residential Aged Care Specialist

This is a rewarding, full-time permanent position as part of the Customer Quality Assurance team in Senior Services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the establishment and embedding of quality frameworks, including monitoring and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Sound working knowledge of Residential Aged Care.
  • Substantial experience in quality assurance, audit processes and compliance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of evolving changes and trends within the aged care industry.
