Aged Care Quality and Education Manager Opportunity Available

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality and Education Manager to join our team in St Ives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults and their families. You will have the chance to lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care, with experience in quality governance, compliance, and staff development. You will be able to work collaboratively with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall quality of care.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide quality-focused leadership and coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that all care and services meet the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in aged care and/or training and assessment would be highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training.
  • The ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships.
  • Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
