Personal Banker Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales skills to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in-branch and over the phone to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales through referrals to our specialists in Home Loans and Business Banking.
  • Coach customers on our digital banking offering and provide guidance on how to use our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
