Contact Centre Consultant Role

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity in the contact centre industry? We have an exciting role available for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Consultant.

This is a full-time position that requires availability Monday to Friday. As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will be responsible for handling high volumes of customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high volumes of customer calls, emails, and chats (50-60 per day)
  • Achieve key metrics including handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance targets
Requirements:
  • Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
  • 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
  • Customer-centric mindset and exceptional communication skills
  • Resilience and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional references from previous employers
