Personal Banking Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Personal Banking Consultant to join our team at the Macquarie Centre Branch. As a Personal Banking Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering tailored banking solutions to meet individual customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, a strong ability to understand and provide solutions to meet individual customer needs, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service and making a difference.

As a Personal Banking Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a seamless end-to-end customer experience by advising customers on appropriate products and services
  • Liaising directly with customers to promote HSBC's brand and build relationships
  • Introducing, promoting, and assisting customers with digital banking solutions to meet customer needs
  • Contributing to fulfilling customer needs by providing personal banking products and services with a customer-centric approach
  • Managing customer feedback and enquiries effectively
  • Participating in ongoing training and development plans

Requirements for this role include:

  • A proven track record in customer excellence gained in banking, sales, hospitality, or retail
  • The desire to develop financial expertise and grow your career
  • Ability to understand and provide solutions to meet individual customer needs
  • Passion for delivering first-class customer service and making a difference
  • Proven ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
  • The Higher School Certificate or equivalent certification
