About the Role:

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer in a part-time, casual capacity within our Utilities division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of scheduled work, administration tasks and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting to book exchange works as advised by scheduling staff.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and dealing with customer complaints.
  • Liaising with field-based and office-based employees to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping of customer interactions.
  • Performing general office duties and assisting in office administration.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a service or trade-based industry.
  • They will also possess strong administration skills and sound computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
