Senior Manager Corpore Finance

Job Description: This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the financial future of an organisation. As a senior manager, you will lead specialist teams in areas such as treasury, investment analysis, financial governance, statutory and tax accounting, and financial services.

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the chief financial officer (CFO), working closely with the senior manager finance business partnering to ensure strategic direction and operational delivery are aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead specialist teams in financial accounting and governance, treasury, investment analysis, and financial services.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the CFO, CEO, and board.
  • Manage external relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA-qualified finance leader.
  • Deep expertise in governance, accounting, and commercial finance.
  • Able to engage boards and senior executives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of leading teams through transformation.
