You will also play a key role in growing client relationships by identifying opportunities, guiding renewals, and ensuring BaseUp continues to be a trusted partner.
You\'ll be responsible for
Reports, reviews and recommendations — Use BaseUp data to demonstrate impact and generate actionable insights.
Prepare and deliver reports and program reviews, logged and tracked in Jira.
Cross-selling and growth opportunities — Identify relevant opportunities to foster and expand client relationships.
Contract Renewals — Drive renewals by demonstrating value and strengthening partnerships.
Track renewal success rates and outcomes influenced by your involvement.

Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day client relationships.
Lead media planning and brief responses.
Integrate Strategy, Investment, and Programmatic teams into campaign work.
Manage and develop Client Executives and Associates.
Coordinate and delegate campaign setup and reporting tasks.
Ensure strong understanding of the Australian media landscape.
Utilize industry tools effectively.
Team & Collaboration
Reports to the Client Director.
Works closely with the immediate client team.
Supports and collaborates with Client Director on strategy and planning.
Drives growth and development of junior team members.

What You'll Be Doing
Guide success, not just service it
Own a portfolio of around 250 brands and know exactly where each member is on their journey
Build strategies that keep members engaged, improving, and sticking around for the long haul
Hold regular check-ins, run quarterly strategy calls, and keep progress moving
Point them to the right tools at the right time
Help members overcome roadblocks by connecting them with the right modules, coaches, or playbooks
Stay ahead of their needs and anticipate where they'll need extra support before they even ask
Be the human behind the help
Jump into our communication channels to make sure no one's left hanging, active as your member's go-to (and their cheerleader) but also not afraid to give them a nudge when they need it
Track retention and help us win it
Monitor engagement metrics and feedback
Create smart, simple re-engagement strategies to get members renewing
Find and fix gaps in our process to make the member journey smoother and stickier
Who You Are
3+ years in client success, working in the ecommerce, digital marketing or SaaS space
You've managed large client portfolios and know how to scale care without dropping quality
You're tech-savvy, process-driven, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
You're a brilliant communicator.

What you'll do
Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunity, enabling you to provide updates on business reporting, including accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management for your allocated patch
Become an expert in your patch, understanding key activation timings, promotional plans and customer behaviour
Manage effective pipeline and sales forecasting to meet revenue targets
Be a spokesperson in market for Cartology, with a solid understanding of our point of difference and how we can add value to our clients
Take an active lead in client engagements including presentations, workshops and other industry events, with support from your manager as required
Use Cartology's unparalleled access to customer data to build proposals that drive a positive outcome for your clients, Woolworths and our customers
What you'll bring
We are looking for an experienced sales professional, with a pro-active approach and a customer-first mentality.
Demonstrated success in growing multi-channel media sales to a range of different client types
Experience with selling digital media based on target audience characteristics
Expertise in managing campaigns that leverage a diverse range of coordinated media inventory (eg POS, print, email, targeted online, DOOH, radio and to a lesser extent TV)
Competent in demonstrating a client\'s Return on Investment to drive repeat business through the use of data
Experience of working with data sources to build strong campaign proposals
Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with multiple client contacts to deliver positive outcomes
Experience with the successful introduction of new digital media products is beneficial but not essential
Experience in sales of "through the line" media campaigns is beneficial but not essential
