Job Title: Systems Analyst

This is a fantastic career opportunity for a highly skilled IT professional to excel as a key member of our IT department in Adelaide or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and configuration of procurement and manufacturing processes, particularly across Oracle Supply Chain & Manufacturing applications.
  • Investigate issues, resolve tickets, and maintain stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle – gathering requirements, documenting processes, testing, and delivering system changes.
  • Configure and maintain ERP applications to meet business needs and drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts, developers, and integration teams to ensure solutions are delivered and supported.
  • Work closely with Capability Architects, Cyber Security, and Subject Matter Experts to enhance ERP capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with Oracle E-Business modules (Supply Chain & Manufacturing preferred).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
  • Strong skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and customer service focus.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in both support and project environments.
  • Australian Citizenship – Mandatory (due to Defence security clearance requirements).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.
