
Demand Planner Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing demand and supply planning functions in a regional setting. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define NPI launches, plan transition strategies, and adjust forecasts to align with business goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the demand signals through data analysis and collaborative reviews to ensure accurate forecasts.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement plans that meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and commercial impacts to inform demand planning decisions.
- Participate in ANZ S&OP process and own forecasted demand for assigned markets.
- Ensure EOL plans are accurately forecasted and remaining inventory is consumed to provide visibility into demand signals.
- Maintain inventory supply while adhering to regional KPIs, excess stock exposure, and reduced air freight spend.
- Expedite and defer purchase orders to meet evolving demand plans as per exception messages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in Supply Chain or Planning administration.
- Solid organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Mastery in communication to a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels.
- Experience with an ERP system preferably Oracle.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office preferably Excel, PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent people and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum three years' experience working in a similar position.
- Sound judgement, flexibility, and strong professional ethics.
- Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines.
