Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our architectural projects from inception to final delivery. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex architectural projects from inception to final delivery.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct site investigations and prepare architectural designs, documentation, and specifications.
  • Review and advise on project scope, modifications, and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong technical expertise in architecture and design principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications, such as a degree in architecture or a related field.
