As a Senior Manager, Architecture, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and governance of our technology architecture, managing complex projects that require expertise across various architecture domains, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards. You will also be expected to align strategic project solutions with our technology architecture, advise on budget allocation for critical initiatives, and develop and mentor architecture resources to foster a culture of excellence.

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced technology architect with a proven track record of driving innovation and delivery. They must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the development and governance of the organization's technology architecture
  • Managing complex, organization-wide projects that require expertise across various architecture domains
  • Analyzing, designing, and maintaining both current and future state technology architectures, including data architectures and application roadmaps
  • Ensuring adherence to architectural standards by leading the Design Authority, reviewing and recommending changes, and conducting post-implementation reviews to promote continuous improvement
  • Aligning strategic project solutions with the organization's technology architecture, advising on budget allocation for critical initiatives, and developing and mentoring architecture resources to foster a culture of excellence
