About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Expert to join our security and infrastructure team. This is a hands-on role where you will help protect the integrity and security of our ICT systems.

Working from our head office, you will collaborate with departments across the group to keep our systems safe and resilient.

You will be part of a small but skilled team, delivering real results in cyber security strategy, threat detection, risk management, and awareness training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the security and integrity of all ICT systems
  • Assist in the planning, design, upgrade, and implementation of security systems
  • Conduct internal security assessments, audits, and incident response activities
  • Monitor and analyse system alerts, logs, and incidents
  • Develop and maintain cyber security policies, procedures, and response plans
  • Deliver security awareness training and educational programs
  • Stay informed on emerging cyber threats, tools, and best practices
  • Contribute to cyber security certifications and compliance frameworks
  • Support the ICT team with technical escalations and security issues
  • Help shape and implement the broader ICT and cyber security strategy
About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Cyber Security role within a business environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments, SaaS applications, and on-premises infrastructure
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or similar are highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS (including Server), firewalls, and networking
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving security incidents
  • Knowledge of industry standards, compliance obligations, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and time management
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
